Dosa batter-1cup
Grated Carrot-2 tablespoons
Chopped onion -1/4cup
Chopped Green chilli-2
Chopped Cilantro-2 tablespoons
Grated Ginger- 1 teaspoon

This is very interesting recipe. I have never had oothappam. Looks so soft and flavourful with all the vegetables on top.
