Ripened avocado -1
Lemon juice-2 teaspoons
Chilli powder-1/teaspoon
Coriander powder-1teaspoon
Whole wheat flour -13/4 cup
Water
Oil
Salt
Add the chilly -coriander powders and salt with avocado and mix everything.
Keep it in an airtight container for 1/2hour.
Soft and healthy chapati / roti is ready. Serve it with any spicy kurma. :)
I find that avocado does do magic to roti makes it super soft, love your idea to spice it up, must have been so good :)
